Come Have A Chat (CHAT)

Greetings parents! One of the building blocks of PACT is parent involvement. A great opportunity for you to know how and what opportunities there are to be involved is through our CHAT. CHAT is a parent support network that meets monthly. These meetings are your opportunity to influence the direction of the program and have your voice heard in a positive forum. Please come and join the fun. This year our advisors will be attending the meetings along with you, the parent teachers of our program.  We need your input and help!

If you are interested in the fundraising group please attend meeting son the first Monday of the moth from 10-11 in the conference room. If you are interested in applying to hold a fundraiser or fund a project/event, etc. please fill out the application and turn it in at the front desk or email it to lbariel@natomascharter.org  We will then invite you to discuss your idea at the next fundraising meeting. 

CHAT meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month in PACT 3 from 12:00 - 12:45. 

CHAT Meetings give you the chance to:

  • Plan and develop school year events
  • Ask questions about the program
  • Find out about fundraising opportunities
  • Find out who to contact on pertinent issues
  • Get the latest updates of goings-on in
  • Earn parent hours for attending meetings
  • Meet other PACT parents
  • Learn new ways to receive parent hours
  • How you can help get involved

Childcare is provided at no charge for our PACT families.


2011-2012 CHAT Meetings

CHAT Meetings will be The third Wednesday of each month from 12:00-12:45. The CHAT$ Fundraising Group will meet from 1:00-2:30.

 

 

 Upcoming CHAT$ Fundraising Meetings will meet the last hour of the CHAT meeting. All parents are welcome to attend.

Are you interested in setting up a fundraiser or have an idea for CHAT$ funds? Complete the proposal form, turn it in to Laura Bariel, and attend the meeting to share your idea.
