Admission

We are still accepting Applications for the 2010-2011 School Year.
The Application process for PACT is a two-step process.
First, you need to complete a Pre-Application. You may contact the PACT office or stop by and pick one up, or you may printout a copy from the link below.

•  Pre-Application 2010-2011

Once you have completed the Pre-Application, return it to PACT and we will give you an application packet or you may download one below. In the Packet, you will be asked to fill out various forms. You will also need to provide:

• Student Essay (Grades 3-8)
• Birth Certificate (Kindergartners must be 5 on or before December 2 of current school year)
• Proof of Residence (Current PG&E Bill or SMUD Bill)
• Recommendation Form (by a non-relative only)
• Copy of Last Report Card
• Copy of Immunization Records (K-8) Incoming K-7th graders must have completed the 3 Hepatitis B series, and the 2nd Measles before entering school

Once everything has been turned in and complete, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for your application to be processed.  At times, we do have a waiting list, so please ask if there is one.  As soon as everything is processed and your student is enrolled in the program, you will be contacted by your Educational Advisor to schedule your first meeting time.
